One of my friends asked me this, and I didnt know, but it interested me....
Does the potion give you double the exp you would normally gain....
Example: Kill one strong monster +5 exp would give you 10 exp
or does it double the training
example: Kill 2 strong monsters +5 (each) would give you plus 10, because it counts one killing as 2 killings?
Like, can you get more experience then a category would normally give you, or can you just train that category faster? Cause if you could get more then normal, refining would be really easy, like one of the new ores for whatever rank your on, where if you refine one you get 20 skill exp would just give you 40 to start out with.....

I'm a little confused.
Wouldn't double the training be double the exp??
I believe it's like if you need 100 Boss monsters to kill, under the 2x skill training potion, you'd only need to kill 50 Boss monsters because 1 Boss counts for 2.
But this is just my opinion.

Thats what I thought as well....Thanks!
I guess what I was asking is, is it double skill training exp or double skill training....

It multiplies the Proficiency gained during the allotted time by two, so of course it would work that way.

On the contrary...
With Dan testing, you're allowed to test at lower Dans if there's not enough people in your bracket. If you win, you get half the Dan training, but it still counts as 1 win towards the requirement. For example...
Dan 1 testing
Win a Dan test [+34.00] (0/6)
Total (0.00 / 204.00)
would become...
Win a Dan test [+34.00] (1/6)
Total (17.00 / 204.00)
So I wouldn't be surprised if you got double prof, but not double requirements.

Without any experience, I'd bet 99.99% that it's double the proficiency gain. Double requirements would just jeopardize the difficulty of too many skills.
Like cooking r7.

I'm sure it would be like +50 and then +0.00
Like it usually does.
