-drawings catch on fire-
Ah well, BACK TO THE STUDIO!
I still have time to design more medieval clothing.

Seems like most people are using tablets to draw their clothing ._.
Better find a friend with a decent tablet and transfer my pencil drawings then...

Just because they exist doesn't mean they'll qualify for the contest ._.
It's like the korean fanart contest, you have to follow rules even though there were previous entries that were different. They're not for the same purpose and so they have different themes.
I agree with this. Because I read the rules for 2009 chinese clothing design contest and there was nothing about disqualification of clothing which is too modern/futuristic.
I have to draw with my mouse. I don't have a tablet =(

Use the vector tool 8D
I always do my lineart with mouse and vector tool. Tablet is too tiring for vector and I get hand cramps :<

Mouse does offer better precision when it comes to vectors.
Though with brushes a tablet is better i suppose. But a project like this should be mostly vectors.

I was already done with the designs and everything by the time the suggestion about vectors was posted...
So I just submitted in whatever I did. Now it is up to the GMs to decide.
Exams are next...

No luck on finding a friend with a tablet :c
Both of the ones I knew had one, left to art school already (darned college courses)
I wonder if nexon takes in hand drawn artwork?

Whatever you do, don't submit something like this:
[·´ÄæµÄÔü»ÖÊ]Îҵķþ×°Éè¼Æ´óÈüÊÖ»æͼ|Â寿ÌÖÂÛ°æ - YY´óÔӻ⠳Է¹ºÈË®ÉÏYY
I think hand-drawn is fine, they didn't say anything against hand-drawn in the rules.

I like the transparent parts but the drawing is so sketchy that it shows a lack of effort...
Even if you are terrible at drawing, you have to have some decent standard for it right?

LOL, that was pretty funny.
Thankfully my drawing's nothing like that :D
Allright, now I just gotta get to coloring and shading!

I don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but my sister pointed out to me that we're supposed to have our designs submitted, like, now, according to the announcement thingy. The preliminaries end tomorrow, then the finals begin...?

Then you all have to hurry.
For us, we have all the way up to 30th September.
ʷװƴ--ٷվ
The suspense is killing me though. I don't have anything else that I want to submit.
