Nah, but i had similar experiences, one is where i went into Another Alchemist Int and i somehow got ported in the sky between the road to tara and the tail alter. I was stuck, couldnt move. 8(

Only place I've got stuck recently is under a table in the mousehole. All those tasty chests, and I couldn't get even one. ;~;
