Hey there! I was wondering if any of you could help giving me advices.. I'm not sure what should I do anymore. For a few days I've been wondering if I should quit my character and start a new one cause, it is strong but not that much yet. And I think I kinda screwd it up cause from the beginning I knew I shouldnt rank up my combat mastery cause thats would raise my CP and my WM trainning would get difficult. But when I was noob, people from guilds and friends kept telling me to rank up combat mastery and defense and then I did and now my WM trainning got so complicated, I have too many skills I guess.. I kept forgetting or being lazy about training WM. Heres a list of my skills and ranks for you to know how my character is.. its supossed to be a melee character.
Combat Skills:
Combat Mastery - R8
Sharp Mind - RF
Defense - R9
Smash - R1
Counterattack - RF
Ranged Attack - C
Windmill - R6
Critical Hit - R3
Final Hit - E
Charge - E
Magic Skills:
Enchant - RF
Healing - RD
Magic Mastery - RD
Firebolt - RF
Icebolt - R9
Lightningbolt - RC
Meditation - RF
Mana Shield - RF
Thunder - RF

Nature Shield - RF
Alchemy Skills:

Mana Crystallization - Novice
Water Cannon - Novice
Life Drain - RF
Synthesis - RF
Rain Casting - Novice
Alchemy Mastery - Novice
Life Skills:
Playing Instrument -RC

Fishing - RF
Taming - RF
Metallurgy - Novice
And my Trans is close to be rank 3, and been told that my CP is around 830 - 840. And im too broke to afford those -CP items =/
What should I do? I really dont wanna quit my character but or should I get those Skill reset capsules? those derank a skill by 1 but then you lose CP too?
Any help, advices and opinions will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advace n.n

You're already R6 WM, so getting to R1 won't be too hard. With 830~840 CP, you just need 2 cheap CP items I think, which are pretty easy to get or buy. You can make them yourself in a day or two from just spamming some Karu :D

Yeah, CP items aren't to difficult to get.
Your character looks fine. There's really no way to screw up your character in mabi.

Try to run spider part Karu dungeons for Difficult enchant for an easy -100 CP there. Other -100 CP drop from Karu end chests too, but those different dungeons are a bit harder than the spider ones, not to mention a bit harder to enchant.
Try to at least get r5 Windmill. Once you do, you generally are fine and can start making some money for a good CP item that might be easier to get, like Abysmal Cooking Pot instead of Jackal Wizard Suit.

Are you in Tarlach? if so, I can help you.
You're on the right track: If you're going for melee, r1 Windmill is an absolute MUST.
Contrary to what the people said, if you're really 84x CP, you only need one -CP item. The Difficult armor.
Grab one (Spider dungeons are not hard at all, and they cost at MAX 150k in Tarlach) and head over to Longa. Clear Longa Normal a few times for the Emerald/Topaz/Amethyst Arrows, and use those arrows for your training. Often, the rooms will be filled with monsters that are "strong" or "awful", and they have relatively low HP compared with other monsters.
At 840 HP, Zombies at TNN should be "Awful", so you can choose to do your awful training there, then equip two -cp armors and make them boss for your boss training as well. Very Convenient.
P.S. Try Osay's Mabinogi Tools for calculating your CP?
P.P.S. If the above method doesn't work, try Shadow Missions or Hardmode Dungeons. Tara's "Their Method" SM has zombies of a fairly high CP.
P.P.P.S. When you're done with Windmill, I suggest you work on Refining for DEX, as too much DEX will make refining hard.
P.P.P.P.S. After Refining, work on Critical Hit, Smash, then follow your heart from there~

@Jason
Waiting to raise crit AFTER Refine is a terribad idea, considering it takes a few dedicated critwhore hours to get enough exp to raise it. Rank it whenever possible, because it'll only help you :p

Raising crit BEFORE getting strong enough to get ap efficiently is a terribad idea. It'll eat away your ap and leave you with nothing to do. It's not even hard to train except for the master title.

spending ap on anything but critical won't get you as strong as fast as ranking critical will. Aside from ranking wm to get it out of the way, critical hit is the single most important skill in the game. Get it to 1 asap.
Ranking it before refine is fine. refine won't add that much power to a melee person with rk1 wm. ranking it after means you're just spending that much longer before getting a crucial skill done.
Bad advice is bad. The OP is already strong enough to get ap fairly well, finishing off WM will just help a lot. And there is no excuse to not be able to afford a -100cp light armor. A newbie with 0 skills can get 30,500 gold and start a farm and earn more than enough to afford one. Doing 4 or 5 church/healer jobs and selling the HW these days can earn you enough to pay for your first farm lease. Someone with rk1 smash and rk8 combat mastery is way more than capable of earning the money needed.

Never really said that he HAD to rank refine first =3
As Cookies said, Critical hit isn't really that hard with the exception of the Master Title, and I was honestly troubled more with the AP use of Critical Hit than the training.

If ap to rank critical hit is a problem, it will be more of a problem if you spend ap on other things first.

Windmill - R6 <-- Rank this first. Run Karu normal first level (only) for spider parts. Run spider parts for a difficult enchant. Both of these dungeons should be pretty easy for your skills. When training WM if your WM isn't killing efficiently, set party finish to anyone and kill with smash and finish with WM. It takes a bit of dedication, but you can do it.
Refining - Novice <-- rank this second. Dex is balance. Balance is damage. The more dex you get, the harder refine becomes. You have a low dex now, so punch some scarecrows, and put together a decent -dex set that will keep you at 0 dex throughout your training. Knock it out as early as possible and never look back.
Production Mastery - R9 <-- DO NOT TOUCH. At least until after you finish Mythril fails at r2 refining.
Critical Hit - R3 <-- Rank this when you have AP that isn't being reserved for something else you want to rank.

wow a day or two, really??
i hunted for damaging es for so many runs; at least like 15-20, but i think way more, because it took me a lot of days spamming it before i got it.
i hunted for inconvenient es for like 8 runs + before i stopped playing and still nothing :P
btw the last time i was on, difficult armor was getting to be expensive, around 700-800k
@op dont quit this one, you already have a lot of skills ranked up. :D

If you want to, you can also hunt desert dragons every Wednesday to try and get a Marble (-500 CP Human only) or a Raccoon Cub (-1000P Male only) outfit. It will probably take a few runs, but you'll be able to get a lot of other cool stuff along with the one Who Experienced Death title which will help you greatly with your refining training.
