I'd probably stick around. Ch3 of Tarlach is just my home. I know and talk to people now and then, some humorous things ensue and Spook and his fair are rather entertaining.
If I ever moved it'd be to alexina since me and some others tried it out when it was first made and I had less lag on it. Speaking of I should long on as that old character, he's probably ancient o.O.

I will switch to a local server if there's any to begin with. Only if I am allowed to bring along the investments I have carefully gained in the chinese server.
For sure that the latency will be better. What's more with fibre optic technology coming in this year the internet speeds are set to increase in years to come.

ALEXINA FTW. I know to many elitists who think they are THE SHET. Plus are economy sucks and most of the people are douches. My guild is the one thing I like about tarlach.
