so I was talking to my friend in front of the church about my robe (I was on a giant)
and this newb was like "it's ugly"
I go "way to be open minded kid"
and then he's all "offended by it" and he's like "FOR MY HONOR" cept he mispelled honor
and we dueled, he lost and I healed him, he tells me "don't heal me" and runs off saying
that he'll get stronger and face me again then
it really felt like an RPG moment there but it was weird,
anyone else experienced something like this? and how old did you think the newb was to be offended by that o.o
that and I feel like I'm gonna have a stalker now, it's like Silver in Pokemon Crystal all over again D:

I remember a lot of noobs stalking me and my friend Stan because of duels. They kept coming back like after a month of me quitting, and kept losing and losing to both of us. Guess they got tired 'cause no one duels me anymore. Apparently some people are afraid of me now...xD

LOL that's hilarious.
I hate/love it when people take the game too seriously.

Some guy dueled me 5 times and lost; he pulled out everything he had to try to beat me: trans, pot, FH, you name it. He wanted to keep dueling me until he won, saying "To be the best, you gotta beat the best," even though I'm a horrible dueler. I ran away to save myself from dur loss and more annoying duels, and he noted me a few times, calling me a pussy.

I never dueled that much to tell the truth. But all I think that they take the games to seriously.

Ya I get this all the time...its annoying kids get a CP reader and see my cp and do all kinds of things.
1. Ask me for help
2. Ask me to get them something rare like my dragon shield or Fireball page 10
3. Ask for money
4. Ask for a duel
5. Add me instantly
Then when I decline any or all of the above they go into rants and call me mean and just go off. This happens on average...5-10 times a day anywhere I may be standing. It gets very tiring.

Sacrifice money and dura by wearing -CP stuff?
I decline a lot of duel requests nowadays though.

I get this, but to a lesser degree.
I'd be more inclined to help if I wasn't short on time (school), didn't have my own things to do, and knew that they were only adding me to use me, so to speak..

Psuedo-AFK solves everything.
Even if you were moving WHILE they started talking to you, they always fall for it.
Then just decline the friend request they send when they get tired and leave.

This is precisely the reason I despise this guy to this day. He dueled me twice out of an obsession with being the best (exactly the same logic, "must defeat best mage so I will be the NEW best mage") and lost both times (even though he cheaply spammed cc+4 Icebolt the second time and was forced to transform long before I was).
Then went around telling people he'd beaten me.
Then he denied all knowledge of the situation when I confronted him about it.
Then he played two-face on his main and several alts, trying to turn me and my RL girlfriend (Kessaris of Ruairi) against each other.
The kid seriously needs psychological help. <_<

People adding you to use you...such a pain and almost every newb/noob does exactly that. As much as I hate to say it, the only people I ever WANT to help are the people who insist on NOT taking my time, the people who grovel in the dirt (so to speak) and recognize that they're talking to someone who undoubtedly has better things to do than help them. Saix7 of Ruairi was that way to me initially, and he got helped. Look at him now; we're good friends and essentially equals. <_<
It is easier to teach a groveling player to think a little more highly of themselves than it is to teach a holier-than-thou noob to get off his high horse and realize he knows nothing. Knowing you know nothing is the first step to learning something.

Please don't drag people's names through the dirt because you don't like what they did. We don't tolerate that, especially since they're not a member here to defend them selves.

"Don't like what they did" =/= "obviously obsessed and socially destructive individual" <_<
I'm sorry but I simply don't tolerate someone who deliberately lies to my girlfriend (and other friends of mine) behind my back, and lies to me about them behind their backs as well. Someone of that nature deserves to be called out.
