I ran into a
resource a while back which listed several details regarding the skill Lure of Ballad. It actually looks pretty useful despite the fact that it's extremely difficult to maintain and has limited usefulness when playing solo.
If i'm correct, at rank one, the skill drains
15 stamina per second and all monsters under the influence of Lure of Ballad receive
300% damage.
There's plenty of good information in that link if you can read Korean.

Man, all these percent bonuses.
Imagine Smashing an enemy that's been Support Shotted and Lured, with a Two-Handed sword while wearing the Hatem set.
(600% * 300% * x) + 200%
5400% right there. (excluding the Harem set)
13500% with Critical. (excluding the Harem set)
Substitute Smash with Full Swing.
(1040% * 300% * x) + 200%
9360% right there.
23400% with Critical.
Did I get my math right? If so, that's DELICIOUS.
Edit: You can also factor in the Cry of Battlefield magic music bonus, if you want-- 21% max damage at Rank 1.
6534% with Smash. (excluding the Harem set)
11326% with Full Swing.
Non-critical.

If you need a translator, there are at least 4 members on Nation that I know of, including myself, who would be more than willing to help you out.
But yeah... G13 bonuses are really awesome: I'm hoping it adds a new flavor to the game

The stamina drain is absolutely vicious. You can't consume potions while the skill is activated and it will drain 900 stamina a minute. I suppose it adds value to the Paladin transformation and its rediculous stamina bonus. That being said,
this information has not yet been confirmed. Also unconfirmed is
whether or not you can combine the effects of magical music and Lure of the Ballad.
Full Swing: 1040%
Lure of the Ballad: 300%
Weakness: 200%
Cry of the Battlefield: 131%
Critical Hit: 250%
Elemental: 200%
Overall: 40872%
(500 Damage x 408.72) is over 200,000 damage.
It'll never happen in a realistic situation.
Edit: *off topic* Other useful information also obtained via that reference. (I've added most of it to the wiki)
Hailstorm: Crystal charge time, Maximum range (1200 at rF, 1400 at r1)
Down Attack: Maximum range (800 at rF, 1200 at r1)
Alchemy (element) Mastery: Increases the status/damage of elemental alchemy skills by 10%

I took a look at your source,
It seems to be data from Chinese server.
I don't know if they have such effects on their sever or not.
In the KR servers, however, there is no such effect.
1) You can't attack those that are lured.
2) As soon as they are released from your lure of ballad they will instantly become hostile to you.
I tried attacking them after using the lure of ballad(R9).
(BTW I tested with red foxes)
there were no changes of the dmg they recieved.
I have tested bolt magic, ranged attacks, melee, alchemistry
but I couldn't see witness any change in dmg.
perhaps it is the dmg the lured ones take when they fight other enemies that are not lured?
I'll try to find someone with a higher rank and test it some more, this time in dungeons.
For the time being, atleast in the KR server, the Lure of Ballad skill is pretty much useless in battle :T_T:

The chart clearly states that Lure of Ballad increases damage. The question is how exactly damage is increased. I'll check some of my other sources. Someone is bound to have the answer.

I'll also try to find more info about that damage % on that chart
If I can get help from those who R1'ed Lure of Ballad I'll test some more stuff around.
But i'm going for the dmg they inflict or recieve while being lured.
Oh, and here is the Master of Lure of Ballad title's options

Translation :

I guess 300 SP pots finally become useful then. :P
Also, that Weakness % you have, is that Support Shot? If so, it should be 300% as Support Shot's Master Title adds 200%
additional damage with Rank 1.
:)

Negative. Support Shot effectively doubles melee damage with the master title. I disagree with the way in which the wiki lists damage multipliers.

Ah, gotcha.
They shouldn't write additional then, just 200% damage multiplier or something.

People were complaining about being labeled a "bard" for being an archer and somehow dreaded the idea of their exclusive skill being a support skill and condemned it based off a rF video. D:
I wonder how well the skill works against Arch Lich. lol

Kaeporo wrote on 2010-09-15 16:54
1. I had always thought that mastery title support shot doubled melee damage. It's a good thing i'm often incorrect.
2. How would you feel if the new melee or magic class was called Bard? Hell, Mages have more passive skills than Human Archers have total skills. B>Bow/Crossbow Mastery
3. Lure of Ballad will slaughter the Arc Lich. It's usefulness in other scenarios has not yet been proven.

Phunkie wrote on 2010-09-15 17:04
Yeah, I want Archers to get some form of Mastery as well. Maybe for G13S2?
