Unlikely. People who dress that way are unlikely to grow out of it unless something forces them to.
I know people who were like this in early highschool. I still see them around now at age 22 - 24 dressed like skanks, except now instead of being pedo bait, everyone except pedos look at them.

(Is in school with said 13 and 14 year old girls) In my school, its not really a problem, I mean, the teachers will enforce our dress code if there is a violation, which isnt that uncommon, but only for that certain group of girls. Theres the regular, much more common girls who wear regular cloths, then a couple who always are just against the limit of the code, and of course those few who come in like every other day violating it and act surprised. But mostly its under control, I didnt really know this was so much of a problem other places....

At my high school is was quite bad, and we had a dress code.
At that age I certainly didn't complain, but now that I care much less about such things It's kind of disgusting D:

haha! i think it's hilarious how easily people are enabled by their surroundings. it's cute in that 'you're a tool' kind of way, but i think i'd slap my child if she wore shirts that showed her stomach or skirts that didn't at least sit at mid-thigh without wearing leggings.

but really, what else do you expect? sex is used to sell everything nowadays, so it's no wonder parents are brainwashed enough to believe it's alright to let their child walk around wearing doll-sized clothes.

a lot of parents, as i've noticed, that feel their choice for their children is right say, 'they'll grow out of it' like highschool fads or something.

    o.O

If they are 15 I think it's okay. Then again, I'm 15. I'm probably just looking for an excuse to wear a skirt to school.
