... fat characters?
Because it's rebirth time soon, and I was done grinding up her levels and skills, I got bored and stuck my elf character in the fat springs while I did a bit of housework. Afterwards I went back to dunby and hung out with some friends and I got a whole lot of... not very friendly comments from players. <.<
Nothing else about my elf had changed except for her girth. Do players in mabi really dislike other sized characters that much?
Discuss.

It's silly to judge pixels to that extent.
I judge by the way they talk ._.
And equipment sometimes, if I can view it, and I'm recruiting for something.

It just seems a little ridiculous for mabi to implement a weight gain/weight loss system and then expect everyone to stay the same shape at all times. :\

I just give them some strawberries. :awesome:
I hate how people judge others by their pixels... .-.

Er, I wouldn't treat someone differently because their character was fat.
I would if they typed like a noob though. Or they acted like one.
Speaking of a similar topic though, when my character was a girl, a bunch of guys in-game were all nice to me. Then I rebirthed into a guy and a lot of guys all became mean. o-o Even one of my friends who knows I'm a girl in real life.

If I saw a larder, larding around with gigantic lard bins for thighs, I would definitely make jokes about it.
But I wouldn't like, not hang out with you, or not do dungeons together just cause someone's a fatty.
Some pixellated characters are just big-wireframed.

Now i wanna go to the fat springs. I dont mind fat characters, i only laugh when i see a huge giant.
I do dislike people trying to look buff with an inflated chest.
That ain't muscle, thats just pixel boobs.

I don't really mind if a character is fat. :L

I assume fat people are ranking cooking.
...Maybe that's a prejudice though.

The only time I don't like a fat character is when they're dressed up in 5mil+ worth of clothing all dyed flashy or something.
I mean, if you spent that much on your look, you should care enough about your looks to not get fat.

I don't really have a problem with fat people in-game, but most of the people whom I've meet that were fat ended up being real jerks. A lot of them kept calling me a noob simply because I like wearing my red premium newbie wear. It didn't even matter that I was wearing the Dragon Knight title either, they still kept calling me a noob. It really makes me sick when someone judges you by your looks.

I refuse to run shadow missions with fat Giants. If you want to grow to the size of a Golem and block my screen, I expect you to be able to windmill like a golem.
