  Oh, no... I had a sword & shield. But, otherwise naked. It was a lot like this:

  I actually got hit a couple times and had to heavy stander a couple times though... not quite as pro as that guy.

  There's also some setting, like if you don't have the quality up high enough in the graphics options then it won't show it.

  I always set it to Max Everything on his computer, and there is very little blood/gore. Especially not the fur ripping off of the bear.
  
  More reason to thinking the 18+ thing is glitched.
