  Elchulus =/= Divine.
  
  Divines are 100m-120m.
  
  I still think Elchulus are still up at about 300m-350m, but they might be dropping as S2 anticipation is making demand for the current 70 crafting mats somewhat lower.

  Didn't the drop rate for Elchulus tears also drop, or was that just a rumor?

  I believe it's a rumour.
  Drop rates went down since they added equipment drops to drop tables. I don't believe Elchulus got any such modification, so it shouldn't have gone down.

  You can still get a fairly good price for it.
  I'd recommend selling it soon if you are going to sell it though, S2 is likely coming out within the next two months and that'll likely cause a dip in the price. Still go for 300m minimum though, as this will be the easiest 300m+ you will ever get. Outside of moments like this, it'll take you months just to make 100m.
