Section 8 vs Halo

  Battle Suits

  Cons:
  Graphics are meh
  Not a huge playerbase
  Single-player is basically a extended tutorial
  Could be seen a knock-off
  
  Halo Series
  Pros:
  Awesome Name (Masterchief)
  Awesome Weapons
  Big Player-base
  Multiple Titles
  Huge Backstory
  Easy To Jump in To
  
  Cons:
  Halo 1-3 Are basically same storyline...
  Fanbase can get their feelings hurt easily
  Overused cliche of Hiding Main Charaters Face... sersly.
  Colos are unrealistic (Seriously how many times would the aliens paint their ships purple? Just so that they canlet the enemy know "T'hey i'mma o'er here!!")
  
  Personally I like Section 8. It's fresh, it's new, and you can kill people from droping on them from over 12,000 ft XD
  
  Then again I could just be biased since I don't have a Xbox, but oh well.
  What's are all of yalls opinions?

  Vanquish is more like MGS+F.E.A.R. than your normal shooter. To get a good comparison of Halo and Vanquish, you'd need to take a look at the multiplayer aspect of both games.

  it sold because it was the first console game to have support in online multiplayer
  it's like saying runescape is the best game ever because u can play it for free in a library or school.
  
  and Halo Reach, despite the new additions and such,
  it still feels like Halo.

  I thought the Dreamcast was the one to support Online first for console? The first Halo, didn't have online, but the multi-player was good and so was the single player, despite the fact that most people had a bad impression of the game cause of it first demo at E3. Besides, most of the popular games have a generic feel in story/characters/art style,and I forgotten execution.
  On that note, Online gaming had existed since the 1970's. (I look that up while I was writing this post) But, hey I'm not a die-hard Halo fan as it is anyway. I like Role Playing Games.

  Halo's pretty fun actually. In fact I prefer playing Reach to any "modern" shooter, because of the fun gametypes.
  
  Vanquish looks like it should be fun as well, haven't tried the demo for it though, so I can't really say anything about it.
  
  Also, Halo 1 proved that console shooters could work, halo 2 proved that consoles could play online as well.
