"What's that? You want to get out of the way of this boss attack that will kill you? Too bad, I'm going to make you push this barrel for 10 seconds instead of responding to what you're actually inputting."
After reading the first two sentences, I was expecting some story along the lines of someone being stupid and raging or calling names or not listening. This, however, made me crack up! Just wanted to say thank you!.

If your connection drops out for even an iota of a second:
You have been disconnected from the server.

Have they changed something with the code? I never had this issue before; I would only see this dialog when the server itself went down, or if I pulled my own cable from the machine. However, in the last couple of weeks or so, I have trouble even soloing. It's quite frustrating when this happens to you on a Blood Prince daily run, right after killing the first boss.

This post comes right after a run in an irritable mood; take my opinions with a grain of salt. xD
- Names with numbers. If this were really your life, how silly would that sound? 'Black angel seven one one two! Get this for me!'
- Presumptuous names. Like Hottie or SexyLady, etc. That just makes me even more sure that you're either a dude, or a preteen girl.
- Dudes that play female characters. I nagged my friend to near death because he played as an Evie. Not because he liked her style, but because he likes looking at a female hind-end. Strangely, I don't mind the females that play as men. I don't, mind you, but still.
- The bloody dye system. I hate how it will dye the entire piece when there's only like one area you want changed.
- The mining system. Throw the bomb and hope that you calculated for inclines or declines. Sometimes it's forgiving, other times it's painfully cruel.
- The fact that not all avatar items are available in permanent forms. More specifically, the hair. Why permanent makeup, but not permanent hair?
- When there isn't already a party for what I want to run. I cannot host worth a darn, so I have to rely on the kindness of strangers. But I'm also terribly impatient.
- People who yell at you to hit the esc key during cutscenes. No, damnit; I wanna watch this. The people took the time to make it, so I'm gonna watch it. Except for the Wake-up call scenes. I will skip that if people don't want to watch.
- When I can't pick up loot because it's stuck in an unreachable place. I don't care if it has no use, I want it in my inventory. D:
- Obligatory token system hate. Especially the three day wait of Monday-Wednesday. I'm the kind of player that has no life and can (and will) easily spend 50 tokens in one day, especially when the boat prices go up in price after so many runs.
- People who kick me out of their boat for no given reason. I don't care if you kick me, but only if you give me a reason. Telling me my level is too low/high, if they have enough Evies, if it's a guild only run, etc. are all decent explanations. Nothing is not. Nothing is just rude.
- Impatient people. Such as people who tell me to GOGO the moment they press ready, and aren't willing to wait for other people to join. Those that insist on speedrunning a dungeon when it isn't an Oath thing. No, damnit. I want to kill all the monsters I can for exp and items. Go sit over by the corner until mommy is done. (And yes, I know this sort of contradicts with a previous rant. xD)
- Grinding/ lull in quests. Especially in this token system. I don't mind spending tokens on story-related quests, but when I'm just running it for exp? Seems like a waste to me.
- People that keep saying Meditation is worthless. rA pays for itself in just 2-3 weeks. Then after that is all bonus. Doesn't seem worthless to me.
That's.. all I can think of right now. xD

@GrimFox:
Mostly about the gripes and qualms (quipes) about the token system.
Vindictus has very little content. This is the best way to stretch their current content. Finishing every quest and finishing everything is very easy between updates. You'll be glad that you have something to do weeks from now.
Also about the aesthetics, I enjoy looking at my Fiona. I do love her play style, but is it so bad to like that the devs put so much work in on her boobs? (And ass.)
Also: I HATE PEOPLE WHO RANDOMLY BOOT.
I'm a near-max AP Fiona and you won't let me on a Golden Leather run, really?
Afkers, even though I do fall for that every once in a while.
Silent Parties. I like talkers. Talk PLEASE. I only ever tell my guildies to shut up. :D

@Paladin: Well, according to the wiki, it takes 362 hours to break even, which is a little more then 15 days.
@Andy: I'm almost always mute in parties. I usually have nothing good to say, anyway. xD

About Meditation...
Rank F costs 0 AP and has the time of 3510 seconds @ 0 Int.
Rank A costs 1430 AP and has a time of 3060 seconds also @ 0 Int.
[Image: http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g206/whyrainfalls/RankAvrankF-1.png]
It will take just over 55 weeks @ 0 Int to pay itself off.

Huh. Kay then, I guess the wiki and I are wrong. It happens. I'm still tired of hearing it, though. xD

Not wrong, but confusing. The compensation time the wiki states is the time if you don't have meditation at all.

Haha, I'm confused a lot of the time. xD
Also, I dislike when people beg for tokens. :| Especially if they make the darn boat. There was this one person that I saw in boats many times, and every single one they begged for someone else to pay for them. I ended up blocking them, something I only do to bots. Blacklisting is srs bsns to me. xD

It's worse when everyone says no and then they just pay for their own. Makes you feel sorry for the next person partying with them.

The only times I think begging for tokens is permissible are:
1) When you've already run at least a couple raids with the same group and run out of tokens
Reason: Sometimes it's nice to keep the same group when everything is going well. At least you know what to expect from everyone.
2) When someone you know asks you to join them on a boat trip and you're really low or out of tokens
Reason: If they're like me, they generally don't run out of tokens, or maybe they're just genuinely generous. Either way they may prefer having company (at their own expense) over soloing runs. They are also likely familiar with your play style and skill (see #1).

Everything on that list irritates me to no end, especially the people who ignore bonus missions. Like seriously before we even start the dugneon I say "I need this bonus please!" I get like, 1 okay, and then the other two who didn't say anything are the ones who kill it or whatever. I also hate hate HATE, when people go afk when they host a boat. I don't understand it. There is absolutely NO logic in that:
"Okay, I need this dungeon so I'm going to launch it and then go eat lunch."
Also, people who go afk after you START the boat, those leechers are so irritating. It's happened in 4-player blood lord, and that's not exactly enjoyable.

I've got one that probably (and surprisingly) hasn't been mentioned in this entire thread:
Kobold boss names. Seriously, when I'm doing the quests, I can hardly tell who I'm supposed to kill to get what and why (particularly bad with the 'orders' quest). And now we're getting a whole bunch more kobold fights and their drops will be important to craft a lot of new equipment, BUT HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO FIGURE OUT WHICH BOSS DROPS WHICH INGREDIENT WHEN THEY ALL SOUND THE SAME? It's always e-something-och or so. Why couldn't they have been given some nicknames or something? God forbid you want to talk about a kobold boss fight that you find difficult or fun, you'll have to describe the bosses attack patterns/looks or nobody's going to have any idea what you're talking about.
