Mabinogi is technically 18+ already. If you didn't make your account when you were 18, or if the account doesn't belong to a parent that lets you play on it, it's against the ToS. Nexon won't ban, though, because that would mean losing a lot of income.

Also nothing wrong with the images shown. It's not like they can ignore the fact that women have breasts when designing the character models, and to make an effort to have it be realistic is always a good thing. As long as they don't exaggerate certain laws of physics.
