And I think it would've been better to have the colours behind a cleaned up version of the lineart.

honestly that color combo and the lack of a real outline makes this look messy. Use the pen tool for a good lineart and less abuse of non-blended airbrush. Hair is good though.

I think it looks great. Although it could use some improvement with Depth and shadows. For instance, the luster of the gem on her neck could use some touching up. Another thing is the sleeves look a little sloppy in regards to shape (in the pictured they appear ruffled,) same with the lips and bits of the neckpiece. The hair is fantastic, along with alot of the shape of the body. The ribbon on the hat is aaamazingly well done. Great job!

Actually, thinking back to it. This is the one she picked, I did the colors though.

When she sent me it her ruffles on the sleeve seemed sloppy so I told her to make them a tighter fit, then she showed me the line art and I was like... Oh.

I asked her to do this(Ha I remembered):

It's very indepth but maybe you can pick up some tips.

That one isnt getting done until the tablet comes into my hands. Then I will be nice enough to finish it.

I will look at the site that you linked Chiri when I get home after work. Ways I did the hair and how I got interested in coloring was through tutorials. And thanks for the critique, it helps when I go back through and spruce up with the tablet I really want.
