Missing a key in Registry (@Halfslashed)

  I seem to be missing a (I assume) important registry key in my Registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\ [folder with the most keys]) The key I'm missing is TcpWindowSize.
  
  I was going through Halfslashed's guide to see if there was anything I missed (for some reason, for like 3 months I swear Nagle was disabled yet I found that TcpAckFrequency wasn't anywhere to be found in the correct Registry folder), when I got to the RWIN section it made me go (when I found the key missing): :what:
  I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
