Best armor combo for str

Light Battle Mail Helm - 27 stones - STR +5, WIL +6 - 2,500g ea
Northern Pike Head Guard - 62.2 stones - AGI +35 - 10,000g ea

Tunics
Northern Pike Shoulder Guard - 63.4 stones - STR +10, AGI +28 - 19,000 ea
Crimson Rage Tunic - 16 stones - STR +24, AGI +15, WIL +8 - 15,000 ea

Just use Savage Leather for the rest.
