Is blue the best quality, or does it go higher? Having on green, blue, and white would seem a little bland, with no uber rares to hunt or anything.

You mean the color of the names?

It's just like Borderlands!
Anyways, I think there are higher rarity levels. Not sure though.

Do you have two of the same item, but with different colored names to compare the stats?
Because I don't. o.e

It depends on the rarity of the item, I guess.
E.g. Polar Bear Leather's name is green, while Thick Polar Bear Fur's name is blue.
I don't think it'd go any higher though, considering how blue-named drops are already relatively rare

I don't think it has to do with direct rarity. Take the Spiked Gnoll Club in Friends for instance, that has an insanely low drop rate but it's only white. I think they're more quality indicators then rarity indicators.

I'm just saying 'cause in Aion, they had all the way up to Orange colored items, and it started with white, and there were like 5~8 different rarities. Same items couldn't have lower/higher quality, but items of the same level could, so just asking if they hoarders or rich people get rewarded or not :p

It seems like it goes from White -> Green -> Blue -> Purple
