So there is any guild that speaks english there?..

Probably.
You just have to speak some English and they'll see you.
That and the fact English speakers will have English names.

Not true while playing the KR Mabinogi test server most of them spoke Korean and didn't know English and had English names :/

Not an english speaking community server.
Lute for example, had a very high number of foreign players and english guilds. And its true, most english players speak english at a "year two highschool english as a second language" level (I do believe two years of english is mandatory in korean highschools). Since a lot of mabinogi players are middle schoolers they won't know much english.
Vindictus is actually one of Korea's biggest mmo's right now. Sadly I think the release of the EX servers completely ruined the game...

EX servers look stupidly broken. Might be fun to screw around in, but I just couldn't play seriously when it's that easy.
Infinicombos on bosses, anyone? -.-;
On another note: Isn't a Korean SSN required for sign-up?

Honestly, your logic makes me facepalm sometimes.

Is there any way to get one other than actually getting yourself the SSN or using a friend's?

Do not Post/request illegal or questionable content.
-Pirated material (movies, software, etc.)
-Fake KSSNs or other official government IDs (ID generators included)
-Links to sites containing any of the above, this includes torrent trackers
:/ Yeah, there are ways but we're not supposed to say.

I think you can get a legal one by getting a temporary residence in Korea.
