Well, right now they can go into either BR or General Discussions. I think it might be a good idea since as a community, I personally want people to be more comfortable with each other. But I'm not sure if we have that many people needing to ask r/l questions.

When people start posting about their problems every day and expect serious help, then maybe. Or rather I would suggest they seek professional help if it's that bad.
Also dividing up forums into too many categories results in inactive categories.
