I can't seem to buy potions in this game (seems like I am missing something besides money), and there is no crafting option for them at the magic shop. Before (meaning before this week), the potions/items seem to refill automatically every dungeon. Now, they don't seem to refill automatically.
Any way to get more potions? Same goes for the phoenix feathers. Soon I will be doing dungeons without potions or phoenix feathers. :T_T:

Brynn (in Magic Laboratory) sells Potions, and *WAS* suppose to get a recipe that lets you craft Fine HP Potions out of Empty Bottles and Life Erg Crystals.
Brynn, Kristie, Marrec, Cat (near the entrance to Colhen in the boating area), and Owl (next to the boat that is instanced) sell Phoenix Feathers. Brynn *WAS* suppose to get a recipe that lets you craft Party Phoenix Feathers out of Phoenix Feathers and Eternity Erg Crystals.

No wonder I couldn't craft potions. I thought it was a bug.

To tell the truth, I think that it isn't really worth it to buy HP potions.
Phoenix Feathers cost 140 ea while HP Potions cost 200 ea...

You can bring more potions than feathers to a battle. And also... it might be better to stay alive...

Uhh I don't believe they have ever automatically 'refilled', though I know you can only take 16 potions into a dungeon and that your quick slots will adjust back to that number after every mission. (atleast until you run out of potions)
As other people have said, Brynn sells potions and feathers, you also get a bunch from completing side quests
