With getting boss kills at Dunbarton bears slowing down at R6 windmill, I want to try going to zombies...if I ever find someone to give me a ride, that is...
Well, before I head off there, what kind of supplies and how many of those supplies would I need? I'm thinking I might need stamina pots and maybe food, but I'm not exactly sure.
Also, when I get there, how would I be training windmill? Do I just stand in 1 spot and spam windmill while zombies walk towards me?
Any other advice would be much appreciated.

supplies that you will need will probably just be hp pots (if you plan to grind a lot) and stamina pots.
What i do when i train my wind mil is focus on one zombie in other words i hit 1 zombie i get closer to it and the use windmill again

There is an npc in TNN called Dougal that sells hp pots, feathers, bandages, and sp pots, and you should get enough money from zombies to buy them.
Zombies are extremely slow, so you could just run up to them and WM, or collect a ton into a wall then WM. Personally i like running up to them, since i have no patience.
Too bad you're not on tarlach so i can't give a ride there :XD:

Yeah Dougal who is there in TNN sells pots. Make sure to repair your stuff before going, you dont want your stuff breaking cause theres no one there to repair them. Unless you brought a flier than your all good.

Don't forget that if you have a Sprite pet, it's your best friend in battle (If you're the type who doesn't want to use pets in battle).
Despite that being ironic, the Sprite not only doesn't interrupt your attacks, but also :
1) Provides you with boosts in Defense and Protection.
2) Can dismount to heal your wounds or even revive you after you die (If you type in "Revive!" fast enough with Pet First-Aid kits in it's inventory)

Good to know that Dougal's there. What about if I die? What town do I get sent to?

Due to the Revamping(Glitching) of G1 that Nexon made, you can only revive in Barri Dungeon when you die because they screwed up the Bind Quest that allows you to revive where Dougal is. You can probably solve this by heading over to the shop channel or find someone else grinding for zombies and just wait for them to revive you. Hopefully...
A tip would be is to go completely naked with only a weapon, like a 2hander, and start grinding then. Keep HP pots and SP Pots and holy water to bless the weapon if you die, because if you get to close to a zombie it'll just attack you instantly unless it's got a skill above it's head. Which equals dead for you since you're always gonna be in deadly due to WM.

If I skipped G1, can I still do the Bind Magic quest?

Yup. Or at least, I could do it, and I'm an elf.

Did you do it recently? Do you revive in TNN?
If not, should I wait until the glitch is fixed?
I hope I can still do it even though I skipped G1.

I did the quest before nexon screwed it. I can revive in TNN.

Since you'll be spamming WM, you might just want to try to run around in deadly and save the money on hp pots

I hope they fix the quest. I'd hate to have to look for another ride.
^ That's what I was thinking.

You can get the quest after skipping G1(I did :/ )
You just have to hope they fix that quest :)
