Its a Robe + gauntlet + boot set.
Full set will give you aprox +1min duration time, +10% skill dmg increase

That was a month ago, new conversation can spark after the old, regardless of redundancy. Besides, I don't think these people are the same as those who discussed in your topic. Don't worry about if it is "old" news to some, because it certainly isn't for some (hence the creation of this topic) and if it is "old" to you, simply acknowledge that fact and move on/continue the discussion.
Anyways since this is an impossible to obtain item for the common man(see: me), I guess it will only be that which I admire adorned upon others. Doesn't really matter though, because the value I see in it would be selling it to others rather than wearing it.
