Maybe the Paladin's Special Skill can be what it is in Vindictus... Sacrifice your life to revive all members and heal everyone to full hp/mp/stamina in your party and give them 15 seconds damage immunity. Well... sounds more like a party skill than a skill you can use solo.

Remove the 15 seconds of immunity, and it sounds good, but you should also lose all of your MP/STA as well.

Dark Knight Skill - Dark Wave (attacks targets for heavy 'Dark' damage in a radius)
Paladin Skill - Saint Cross (attacks targets for heavy 'Light' damage in the direction there facing)

IMO Palis and Darks should get an active skill much like the they do in Vindictus(..ok they aren't ACTIVE SKILLs but still they are skills!!!)
Palis getting Holy Arrows (it petrifies your enemies in to stone! XD)
-Whenever your attacking it activate randomly and hit enemies, dmging and turning them into stones)
Darks getting Life Steal
-For every hit you succeed, you recover little HP
Although, If this happens alot of Elfs and Giants are gonna go on a riot and all hell is gonna go loose.
But it would cool if they'd give us something new

I've heard rumors on yydzh that G14 might rebalance transformation skills and improve the massive waste of space known as Iria. The developers have mentioned similar things in past interviews.
We're getting bow/crossbow mastery and the golem nerf...hopefully they fix the rest of the things that often make Mabinogi an unbalanced suck-festival.

From what I heard (take this with a grain of salt), size and crystal availability.
However, regardless... Golems in g13+ are about if not a bit more powerful (damage and size wise) than the current golems we have now. Just a bit harder to get them.

Golem's are much smaller now, but still big.
They've been weakened, but still overpowers warriors.(perhaps Devcat will change things little by little?)
Yes you still get EXP for golem kills.
Monsters will attack your golem more frequently.
