  What I see from this is that NexonNA was troubled and stuck by these bugs, so instead of having this game offline for a week or so they made it live and let the people deal with them but still be able to play the working parts of the new update which nets them generally with more money, with the new pet, giant renewal and magician cards.
  
  They opened Mabi to get money and they are probably now on a offline version of mabinogi trying to find a solution to these bugs which takes time, why? Cause programming is a bish. Its annoying. So be happy with what you get and wait till they fix it. Its not like your missing out.
  
  Nexon is a company, they want money, as all companies do. How can you get money when you're store is closed? Best to have your store running and having a broken door with some yellow tape around it then closing the whole store down and losing money.
  
  Side Note: Americans like to do things the hard way. That's how I see it down in Australia.

  I think some would prefer a 20hour maintenance, atleast it would work by then.
  
  Edit: But then again people will complain about long maintenance so we are in a nutshell.

  Bad Quality in a store is much worse than no store at all.
  It tarnishes reputations and makes you less likely to purchase anything in the future. When i sign in and play. I expect quality. Not some rushed trash that needs to be fixed.
  I pay 50 bucks a month to nexon. At least what they can do is be on top of things.

  sorry i dont play at NA.. but you kno.. some ppl is losing their premiun service time.. when they could be using it with the G12 missions.... and as i heard the quests arent working or something.. eniways is true, you guys wont get something by complaining about it XD.. sometimes is better to dont rush and be patient

  well.. then why launch the G12S1+S2 update ?.. shouldnt they had tested it with the "offline way" ?
  EU, TW, CN, KR, all server got the updates for G12 with no issues ....
  G12 shouldnt be released in NA in a year or two.. so yah as Jando says, you guys should be happy and 20 hours are nothing compared with 1-2 years ^^
