Naturally I'm going to pick human on the poll since I play a human, but without going into skills and strengths, I gotta say I like every race.
Human- I'm human. Most versatility, more fashion (for now), heavy armor set without the ever elusive Giant Valencia Gauntlets. xD
Giant- The true warriors of the game. Powerful, bad ass looking with the renewal (have you seen them snap back up to their feet?!) Charge without shields, Vejosa and others have proven that giants CAN be mages, and with throwing attack revamped, they've suddenly become a lot more of a threat in fights.
Elves- My least favorite race, but still has it's merits in my eyes. Fast, pretty, Shoots two arrows?! I think Legolas did that a few times in LOTR.. I haven't seen any elf melee that has impressed me, but I have heard that elf warriors exist! Crash shot and support shot add a nice little repetoire for elf rangers now, not that they needed it. It does piss me off when I hear elves blame their loses on crappy elf range. I proffed my wingbow with my rarely used elf alt and absolutely loved it. But I digress. Hide makes them the ultimate cloak and dagger race in my eyes, and the pointy ears are just cute. (Turn the devcat ear muffs into some kind of bird earmuffs... The ears are the nose!!!!)

I love giants. So much fun and so powerful. They're easy to pick up with the right gear, and only get better from there on. Dueling as a giant is great too, with options like stomping out of an "n+(insert action here)" or stopping your opponent's charge with stomp. Or you can use windguard instead. n+smash is so powerful, so fun. I'm not at all bothered by the lack of range, even though I believe throwing attack makes up for it. their magic is just as viable an option as it is for any race, mainly because every mage will chug their potions anyways. Who cares about saving a couple bits of MP when it's just a small expense in the long run? with mana elixirs, this is less of a problem...Alchemy is the the same for every race, so that'll be a given. GFS is just icing on the cake in my eyes.
Elves, I love them too, but not as much as giants. I'm not one for grinding lifeskills for dex, to be honest. Elves like Kyouharu amaze the hell out of me, they really show what they can do. If I had more patience for grinding, I would really play my elf more seriously. Elven Magic missile is kickass.
Humans are such a bore. Takes tons of lifeksill grinding to be good at melee and range, because you need a lot of dex for 222 broadswords or do awesome damage in range. Their magic is nothing significant, because other races can do it just as well. AR is weak compared to elven range in PvE situations, only useful in EvG/Arena situations. FH is cool, but impractical.

bUT THE ONLY DOWN SIZE WITH GIANTS, THAT i'm starting to hate, is they lack any good fashion...which i was hoping the fashion contest would get some new giant wear

I wouldn't say we lack fashion as much as we lack a variety of clothing options and that it's sometimes difficult to obtain them. Prim Fox was supposed to be sold by Fleta but now it's NX-only. There are probably more outfits that have the same fate but I'm not too up-to-date on them.
I don't know how many giant mains there are in Alexina but the ones in Mari tend to be very fashionable with what little choices they have. Each one tends to be pretty unique.

Lol.You just said the opposite of what giant's range does now.Throwing attack uncapped now can reach up to 900% at r1.I'm sorry but isn't that HIGHER percent than Elf's range AND Human's range?Sure, there's a cooldown for it only because it is a very OP skill. If Throwing attack did NOT have a cooldown, then giant's would purely be the best race from human's and elf's.

elves. archery is fun and i dont know if id be able to live without my mounted combat. which is a lot of fun for me, and I predict itll be even better when we have tiger and dragon mounts. (tiger specifically).
also most of the high levels use human, I appreciate people who get to very high levels using an elf or giant as their main character.

Elves are cheap; any elf i see; they cant fight; they spam their sped up Magnum or their ranged attack speed; and they abuse it. That isnt even fighting, thats just pure lazy.
hurrr lol
