I would like some new weapons aswell:
- Spears
Requires 2 hands to use, elves speed reduced by 25%, disables being able to carry secondary equips, Giants cannot use a shield with this weapon but can equip secondary weapons, even another spear.
- 3 hit attack, Very Slow
(Left Slash 75%, stun)
(Right Slash 75%, stun)
(Thrust 100%, knockback )
- Hidden 4th attack
(Ground Pound 150%, knockback to ground)
- Skill enhancements
Smash: +50%
Windmill: +100 range
Down Attack: +100%
Defense: +5 def (only when using defense)
Charge: 25% slower speed when charging, +100% damage
- Dual Mini Crossbows
Only usable by Humans, disables being able to carry secondary equips, 2 mini arrow quivers are placed in the secondary equips slots
- Requires mini arrows
- 4 hit attack, Fast
(1 shot: 50%, stun)
(2 shots: 100%, stun)
(3 + 4 shots: 200%, knockback)
- Skill enhancements
Arrow revolver: Damage halved, each crossbow fires an arrow each, totally to 10 hits. Same amount of damage as regular AR.
Magnum: 2 250% (r1 Magnum) are fired
Crash Shot: Cannot be used
Support Shot: Cannot be used
All Melee Skills: Disabled
- Skill bonues
Enables running with Ar and Mag, when loading and loaded
Runs 50% faster then normal while using 2 sp/second
Something along those lines.

Revamp the pet companion bonus so that it doesn't decrease by aging. Aside from mounts, it's not like I keep my pets out long enough most of the time to even activate the minimal boost.
Have Wanst sell cooking ingredients and tools. (They have the oven but not the stuff to use it? Even more of a pet peeve since I want my giant to be the chef of my 3 characters.)
Renew pre-G4 outdoor areas to make it flyable. Some areas like Sen Mag and Gairech could use it. (The only areas I see that wouldn't be viable are Bangor, Sidhe Sneachta, Osna Sail, Ceo Island, & Port Ceann.)
Give giants rock throwing and play dead. (Is there a legitimate reason why they don't have it?)

Takes an Elf just as much work as a Giant/Human to get decent skills, and probably more money too.

1) Revamp the open PvP(EvG) to have a constant 10%/20% damage multiplier.
2) Increase the utility usefullness of egos(larger splash range/damage with level ups, etc), and completely revamp wand egos
3) Allow Continent Warp to be to any chosen town in Uladh, not only Dunbarton.

Have herbs outside of dungeons(other than base herbs)

egos look like their gonna be outdated... and useless if g13 actually kicks in with this refine on weapon process out with egos in with refined weapons... :/
i hear a +8 two hander max upgraded and gemed can easily match a ego with 30 ish str.. but eh, i think egos need a new renewal on dmg for their ... one in a 3 hr use .... i mean comon... look at the dmg... WHY EVEN BOTHER USING IT when i can wm or full swing ... or smash? 700 dmg? rlly? i do 1k with a smash ~_~ for the time it takes to charge and load and use it.. they should be stronger.. as for ego's they should allow more more dmg or some type of ... passive.. or buff or something new for ego's , a ego equip slot (seperate from inventory, to save that space) would be nice.
renewing updating or adding more uniqueness and less repittion ... possibly puzzles with ... exp, expl exp, or gold or item rewards for such to dungeons.

renewed exp? i mean comon...really? the best dungeons that even come close to matching exp given from SM's is... ciar advanced... solo... and rundal hm solo :/ the other dungeons need more exp for their difficulty.. i mean hell.. ciar normal goblins still do 30-40 crits on me with 42 def and 7 prot... with a shield max upgraded O_O i mean comon? make them give some more exp... 100 exp is not enough... make it ... 250? 300? those sm's in tara with the spiders... are wayyy to hard to solo... and when ur partied u get either 0 exp cause its to hard to do 1 that gives exp... or they give.. 80 exp a kill :/
for transformations:
I'de like to see a 2nd and or even 3rd transformation for every race (allot of work yes) and finally make pally and dk able to switch at will (with carrying over skills)
the class system was ok thought but allot of mabinogi players hated it.. so its turned into what it is now... if you don't know go wiki it.. i aint explaining it all here...
it needs a touch up maybe just a bit, something i just don't know what yet (discuss?)

For gods sake... fix some of the glitches... hell you can still glitch into tir's general shop yeah... thats been there since beta (though should be last on such fixes, unless they make the game unstable or gamebreaking)
Make a gvg... set at 5-20% like a duel.. seriously... even a low lvl noob with ar rank 1 ... can spam... and win with a crit easy.. charge needs to be released to 1 ASAP >.>

Alchemy developing past Crystals, like say... explosive chemicals?
As well as chemicals that can be applied to weapons for an improved attack, similar to Poison.
Having a Master in skill resulting in a better version of the skill, at least in animation.

How about... guild run Emain Macha? It might not work well, but Emain Macha is so neglected that a bad guild can't possibly do anything negative to it. They should revamp Emain, Dun, Tir, Barri and pretty much all beginner areas.
