  So then they should make Elves have the same AP requirement for Combat skills? I think it's only fair for Giants, which are weakened, but not useless, at magic have a reduced AP cost for skills, just like how Elves, which have weakened, but not useless, melee, and have a reduced AP cost for those skills.
