Not to mention that some of the designers wanted it to be Human/Elf only. If I had skill in equipment designing, I would make it interracial, of course not Bows and Heavy Armors since Giants cant use Bows and Elves cant have Heavy.
Giants can be mage, don't know who said they fail at magic. I'm already good in melee yet I can Fireball a 5k. I just need the AP so my magic/MP becomes more stronger.

The Contests not having any giant entries that were good was REALLY sad, nothing to say there.

For what it counts, if any of my designs won, Giants would be able to wear it. They have gotten the short end of the stick a lot and I feel they really deserve something special, like regular clothes that look nice. Not like the whole "giants are too big" thing will really pan out to everything. If so then why can they wear Selina Sexy Bares? Because its magical clothing and so it can magically stretch? Then they should be able to wear all the magical clothing too.

Mkes sense having them on "final" skills though, Throwing attack is just giant's range attack.

So Rank F Elf Magnum is not OP? 1 second load time, with long range, long stun time, knockback, injury, able to be used with Final Shot is not OP? Even Rank F Elf Range is OP especially with Zero Shot. Heck, even rank F Support Shot is more OP than Rank F Throw because you can lock the enemies on place indefinitely with a 1~10% chance miss. Also Throwing Attack misses a lot more often than you think.
When enemies run, the accuracy of Throw actually drops. Because I've never missed a stationary (stuck between an obstacle) enemy, only mobile ones.
Throwing Attack isn't as powerful as many people think it is. You need the strength for it to be powerful just as you need the Dex for range to be powerful. Go compare the damage between 1 Rank F Throw with 2 Rank F Elf Range (since their load time is .3 seconds, also consider zero shot or SoG) and the damage is not far apart. The least I believe the developers should do is to make Throw have a 5 second cooldown or something, Throw is already plagued with the inability to knock down/back which makes training impossible without the Everyone Finish thing. What if someday they took off the All Finish thing because it was being exploited by bots or something, now what?

FYI: you cant upgrade atatl's or make them ... nuff said... :/

w/o spending TONS or a SHI ton load of money more then human/elf we cant wear

Last time i remember; Giants could hold Cooking Pots. An Abysmal Shield is very scarce to non-existant; So thats why Abysmal is put on Cooking pots. All races can use it. (Pretty sure)

and technically speaking at least from abysmal standpoint... a cooking pot is a shield too (enchant wise)
and we cant use it with wind guard either (unless you made an actual abysmal shield, gl on that) :/ so much for this and that

It's not that bad. I have a Giant friend who's actually quite happy with the revamp Throwing Attack has, as she doesn't use long-range attack much in combat, so the 25 second cooldown is okay with her. Burst of damage instead of continuous over time.
Don't get me wrong though. The 25 second cooldown still makes Giant Ranged have much worse DPS and utility than Elf Melee. This is also not factoring in race speed (i.e. a Ranged Elf can run away from/avoid danger much better than Ranged Giants, even if people think Giants should be frontal). And removing cooldown on Throwing Attack is not even close to being related as removing cool down on other skills that have it, as Throwing Attack's usefulness-to-cooldown ratio is far lower than those other skills.
Also, if developer's standpoint > all, we shouldn't be able to have strong Elf Melee players in the first place. It doesn't make
sense to restrict Giant's aesthetics at all, no matter how you look at it.

This. Throwing shouldn't even be compared to any Final skills or heck, any actual range skills. It's a single hit. Then you have to wait 25 seconds to use it again. In that time you could be smashing 5 or 6 times. Without at least 200 Str to back it up, the damage is pathetic. I have yet to see any giant actually use it in a challenging dungeon (Ciar Adv, HM's) because it's not efficient. You can try using the skill and then countering and then wming but the cooldown still isn't done. That's what we're complaining about. At least with the original Throwing Attack, you could easily throw + counter/wm.
Obviously some of you don't play a giant so I'll give an example as to why so many giants can't stand the cooldown:
