I was in a car accident in april that limited my movement.. pretty much all together (shattered knee, fractured wrist) which just recently I'm getting up and about again. I gained probably 34-40lbs by not being able to exercise so I need to start living a healthier lifestyle. I just have no idea how. ><
Try cooking your own food :D And even if you don't want to change what you eat, change the way you cook it(instead of frying, try baking, etc). And like a lot of people said, no fizzy drinks :(
