We need a mana drain skill

  Combat wand loses as much durability as a melee weapon when used in a Physical Battle, but loses more durability on Magic, the other wands are the other way around.

  It's still better than nothing. It'd just be better to do it with a combat wand.

  Useable ONLY on monsters with Magic skills.
  
  When using the skill, the monster will have a blue bar underneath the MP.
  
  Upon using the skill, the monster will gain an added melee boost.
