  I use Wind Blast, any 'Real' Alchemist would have it in their combo, as a backup, follow up or counter. I generally use it before or after heatbuster.

  Training it would be too easy.
  
  Maybe make it 5 before cooldown.
  
  Or have load more than 1 crystal, then use it like Icebolt

  Your missing the point of Windblast. Windblast is defensive, what spamming it>Wind>Wind>Wind> Just to keep knocking them back? What Increase its damage, its damage does become decent later ranks, however its a backup incase you know that WaterCannon or Flame w/e isnt going to load in time, Windblast is what you know will work, knock them back, gives you time to load another skill. With using Heat Buster, you will be using Windblast, with using Flame Burst, you probally will use Wind Blast, Watercannon can stand on it own if your lag free. I suggest not spamming Watercannon as it just shows you cant fight.

  I thought Wind Blast was mostly used to knock a monster away from you in case it got up in your face.
