Seriously guys, i doubt this event is bringing more stress to servers than any day during summer vacations. It's just the mob server that's malfunctioning
Plus the "channel full" message appears to avoid overflow in a single server

Who is sick of this double rainbow, double exp, etc?
I mean getting double AP and all is great, but it removes the feeling of accomplishment of when you finally do get enough AP and training to master/rank up another skill. Of course this could just be me, but I'd like some others opinions as well.
It's not everyone. I'm loving my R1 Thunder that would have normally taken me two weeks to get from R2 to R1 since I only had 10AP left over from before Friday. Feeling of accomplishments mean nothing to me next to having another skill finished~

I agree with the notion of it prepping us for G13.
Events like these destabilize the gameplay mechanics of Mabinogi.
Think about it.

I'm not tierd of it!
I feel like I'm finaly getting somewhere in the game!
But, I also don't play much, so it would have taken me months to accomplish what I did in one sleepless weekend. :thumb:

I like double ranbow because I don't have to focus on anything.
Even if I don't RB or buy NX to rebirth, I still get the benefit of getting an extra level or two which equates to the AP of two levels or four, so it really is great. Putting things into life skills or any other training helps.
The only people who would be upset are those who are on top or in the middle of the community worrying people overtaking them or people who like to preach on how they got things through "hard work" and don't want others to have it "easy" (when in truth, it's still hard to rank life skills, even with the boost).
And of course, the only negative is the lag, if it wasn't there, this would be a much needed and pleasant event for g13.

It took me 4 hours to get 70% in r5 carpentry. Granted its not monday, but I hardly had any fails. Thank god I didn't spend 8 hours on 70% X_X

I love the event itself, just not how it's been executed.
Week 1: "THIS IS THE BEST EVENT EVAR"
Week 2: "Blah, servers crashed last week. Glad we get the event again to make up for downtime."
Week 3: "Ok I like the event but they're seriously doing it again?"
They should have really spaced it out imo. Wanna bet they'll do it again next week?
This sums up this event pretty well. Life skills that should take months and months were reduced to a weekend or two. Makes the accomplishment seem worthless. And the 2x almost makes playing obligatory (I know it isn't but the benefits are that great right?)
I don't think I can take another double rainbow event lol.

Ikr, I actually put aside this weekend for doing college applications and then this came up. It's not like I played mab 24/7 but I also didn't finish all my applications...
And the event is really exhausting x_x Since mat prices are up it's better to just get them yourself, but that takes forever. I doubt I'm going to touch life skills again for a long, long time...
