That's why I did my leveling before the mob lag started, do it when there isn't as many people online like early mornings when people are sleeping, then you get everything done before the vast mob lag kicks in and you don't have to worry about not leveling. Then when everyone else is trying to level and raging about the lag, do life skills, and sit there laughing at their stupidity

The problem with fixing "lag" is that it is highly dependent on the person's connection (and sometimes, the person's computer). Not everyone feels the same lag as you do.
Those Nexon people who are working on it will probably not feel much lag at all since they are so close to the server. Some people went through rainbow event without any problems at all.
Some people would complain when their ping is at 90ish ms though, while some will celebrate if their ping will get that low...

For me I noticed an improvement in latency actually. But there are bugs all over really. eg rafting which is still not fixed

Mob lag is not a bug, it is a server overload issue. Nexon really needs to get their head in the game; their website announcement merely showcases how truly ignorant they are when it comes to their own games. Actual "bugs" include stuff like the guild battle title which STILL is not fixed for players who earned the title pre-G10 (gg Nexon), the waterfall cutscene glitch, etc.
Remember way back when Nexon tried to upgrade their hardware and failed miserably at it? They need to go back and try again, preferably with a better hardware vendor. Their servers simply cannot handle the number of connections they get, especially since I suspect the so-called "monster server" and other "servers" are merely virtualizations on the main machines codenamed Ruairi, Mari, etc. They NEED faster, more powerful servers.
