I read through all the suggestions and decided to take some action on the dress.
This dress is a pain to dye. I had to use fixed for the top since the selection for regular dye is horrible (all light pastel colours that doesn't do this dress good for characters with light coloured hair and skin).
How other characters dye this dress on the server is white bottom or white top with a very typical fixed bold neon pink/dark blue colour dye. I don't want any of that so I picked a different blue. My colour schemes range between the light and fairly dark blue, but not the neon type of blue.
I wasn't too happy with the white bottom, so I dyed it light blue with regular dye instead. At this point, the dress is starting to show its personality.
My character's hair is frilly enough so I don't really need a hat for this dress. I have shining star/iris headdress if I have to use them. I tried romantic straw hat but it doesn't work out as nicely as I think it would look.
The shoe is like that, it's a server exclusive item to the China server if I am not mistaken, since it doesn't appear on the character simulator. It looks a little like enamel pumps but enamel pumps are too plain, this one has a flower in the front.
We don't have the cores cute ribbon shoes here, and I don't really like it.
However, the flower in front is kind of distraction now since it is white. I was wondering if I could dye it light blue or so but I'm really not sure how it will turn out. It's not exactly easy to get white, so I need some help to decide if this colour is fine or if I could go for something else.

This is with the Iris headdress. Doesn't matter that it doesn't really fit my hair, I have always liked it.

However, now it looks overdone.
(I feel like ignoring the problems of the dress and just wear it like this now. So I won't bother with dyes for a while unless I can get a better and uncommon colour scheme, which is rather unlikely.)
@ Marie: I agree the dye combination of your dress is perfect for you. The ribbon corresponds to your hair colour, and the pinks blend nicely with each other.
