Elf melee questions?

  Worth it? If you care about getting the best results for the time you're spending, absolutely not. You will spend a lot of time and get far less results than humans and giants. I guess people don't even mention one of the worst parts of Elf Melee: the skill training requirements are much worse. So not only do they require much more training, they give you less results in the end. You thought getting Windmill r1 on a human was hell? Try doing that on an elf. And even if you manage to go through with that, you still only get a 200% damage bonus, whereas humans will get 250%. And that is definitely a noticeable difference.

  Exactly. Anyone of that level would be a decent fighter, regardless of what they use.
  
  Now compare Kaon with a 4K+ melee giant. In the end, elf melee is not worth it.

  You should see my 103 Max damage claymore with 29% crit then. I can throw Caliburn and Goddess if I wanted.

  I'd say melee elf is viable, but I'd say only use it as a backup strategy. I'd say start raising melee skills after ~270 dex though, since that's when you'll have maxed out balance on all weapons, including the best thing elves can use(warhammer).

  Broadswords are one of the most cheapest repair swords to put enchants like Goddess and Caliburn on. That broadsword right there is excellent, why? Cause I have 2 of them, 2 of them with Goddess Caliburn on them.
  
  Goddess Caliburn Broadswords is only 5.4k gold per point which is way better then say having those enchants on a Gladius or Battle sword. But Wyllow Horn is way better.
  
  As for Melee Elf, if your serious better to make a Giant and go Melee. If you want to do it for some sh*t and giggles then go right ahead.

  'Not being worth it' does makes it a horrible, pointless, idea. lol
