Guess which two-second skill a charge-stun can also be used for?
People usually find it ethically wrong to use those skills in duels, so it doesn't matter to me.

OP is just butthurt that he/she got dominated. A duelist only lacks honor when they flick on a Final Skill, Mana Shield, or Mirage Missile.
Btw, the whole point of challenging someone to a duel is because you believe you can win. Bawww on OP, you should try Charge some moar next time.
Your wrong, the Whole point in challenging someone to a duel, is to test yourself. Charge doesn't do crap against the current PVP'ers, if AR doesnt stop it or Magnum, It will be a magic bolt.

What I'm getting at is he had means to close the distance, especially as a Giant, and somehow thinks his opponent is a bad person for challenging someone to a duel and winning.

Everyone thinks like that, i even think like that. PVP'ers are either accepted or they arn't. There is no inbetween.
Everyone who preforms the same combo in every duel and aswell as when others do that too. PVP is broken, theres no point.
Wait till G13 and 14. oh wait, PVP might end up being even more broken thanks to because those PVP'ers will add those things to their arsenal. Atleast there might be some counter offensive to it. Maybe, wait and see honestly. :S

By that logic if you give a Human the chance to use Smash you also deserve to lose.
that actually is how I think, smash is easy to avoid, unlike range or magic
and I think I'll just end it here, cause I might get trolled again

Evade. It's available and fairly effective outside of open PVP where it fails due to multiple projectile sources.

AR spam. The OP put that in his first post. Evade cant help you dodge all of the shots. Unless you are super lucky.

so evade works on AR right?
though you really don't have to keep trying to make it sound easy to fight range/magic/alchemy spam this isn't a debate o-o
and smash is still
easier to avoid

Oh, certainly. But I brought up smash because in the time it takes to load one, someone can load Final Hit and whittle away more than half of your health. Your only option is to Counter, and if you don't happen to load that in time (which can range from near-impossible to laughably easy depending on how much your opponent telegraphs it) you are at their mercy for the next 20ish seconds of free hits.

I would establish rules before hand. Not everyone knows of them, haha.

I never duel because of the drama related to it. I've dueled my friends out of boredom a few times but that's it.

A Giant challenged me to a duel thinking he'd win because I only had melee weapons equipped. He thought he'd win. He thought.

Or, use Defense -> r9+ Windmill to beat Final Hit. But you need some decent latency for that.
Only duels I accept nowadays are from friends/guildies and test duels (to test out skills for PvE strategies). And only then, I just ask for a 10% two-handed Melee-only duel. Which means, I don't duel Elves anymore, even Melee ones.
