  Mabination should create a sticky in one of the boards with general PVP information. Dueling clauses, etc. If millions of Pokemon players can pull it off, I don't see why a couple of thousand Mabinogi players couldn't.

There was this one time where he aggravated 5ish noobs in elf and giant pvp. They constantly got knocked out while he'd run back and forth from the healers while in pally form...

  I don't know about what they did, but all I know is that they had a bad reputation after a while.
  
  Anyways, in my opinion, any skill is fair to use in PVP (even mana shield, FH, mirage missile, etc.) as long as no rules were established beforehand. I don't care about this "everyone knows" thing because some people don't know or they don't agree. However, I never ever PVP just because usually PVPing with people you don't know ends in drama. Or even friends...it might end in drama. Who knows. x_X

  You forgot even if you do establish rule's some people disobey the agree'd terms of it and troll you... then gloat about them winning >.> like this guy Brandonsmall he's not a very good player... or person in this matter either he insult's EVERYONE never stands to terms of a duel and think's hes better then everyone oh and hes been caught using 3rd party programs, as well as abusing auto rez mod in open pvp (though i guess its not REALLY abusing as you don't lose anything, except dura)

  Pick one. There are so many problems with it (starting with no real level cap, and a very high cap in terms of gear) that it simply cannot be taken seriously.

  I've never been a fan of of elf or human duels. Giants on the other hand have different abilities such as stomp, throw, and Wind Guard. How they implement them is pretty impressive and entertaining. Coupled with some alchemy in there and you got a force to be reckon with.
