Questions to Scythes (And some staves)

  Thinking about ranking a few skills, but I want to know how people who have them ranked already feel about them first.

  Really, I only want to know about Mercury, but I'm curious about the other ones as well. Is the amount of extra time from mercury ranks noticeable? Are you satisfied having those extra seconds?

  It's 7 stam less not 7%, just a translation fail there. Also, it is definitely worth it, the ap requirements are pretty low as well.
  
  As for eagle talon, it's fun to fool around with but not much real use for it so probably not worth the ap (saves a little stamina when sprinting but not noticeable).

  Golems do that, and they do it much better. I've seen maybe one person use a wisp since the release of golems. I prefer drain. While the golem is distracting the boss an Evie can heal up, while still hurting the boss, without running away to pot.
  
  I've maxed Blink and it is worth it. Almost all of the hits all the classes do to bosses come right after dodging. The more stamina you have to fight the better.

  One thing...wisps are free, easier to make, and do not block your teammates. I still use wisps from time to time (mostly because I'm too cheap to use kits).

  Well, I've had wisp maxed since about level 27, and I'm only level 30. So wisps are plenty useful until you get up in the 40's and can use golem.

  It cuts down the cost of sprinting and the mine is pretty fun. Not really worth it unless you maxed other stuff already, then you can use it for fun.

  It's not %, so it's quite a huge difference. Definitely worth it!

  I've maxed Eagle Talon and Blink. The fact that eagle talon saves stamina while sprinting is really nice, since we don't have the luxury of Combat Respiration to recover our stamina ultra fast after sprinting. There are also a few nifty tricks you can use r9 Eagle talon for.
  
  rA Blink is definitely useful. Having it cost 7 less stamina gives you a tiny bit more leeway in your attacking and dodging. Mercury, from what I've gathered, is largely useless due to the fact that there are very few bosses that really need it. That and the fact that the ones that you would want to use it on are all ones you can't use it on xD

  Wha? I'm level 30 and I haven't even had anyone MENTION wisp. It's not available in the skill books. Or is it a scythe specific skill?

  Guess I'll have to either start training scythe, or wait for Golem (who is so far down the levelling tree it's not even funny -_- )

  The reason why I want mercury is because I have this image in my mind of a wisp, a golem, and a mana pistol all attacking a boss kept in place by mercury.
  
  But people keep telling me that Mercury is kind of useless.
  
  I find Mercury incredibly useful on bosses who have a rushing skill. Like Black Scar, Kobold Chief, and Stong Ekelch.

  D: Dunno~ I'm a Staffy. I'd say just follow what Tasha and Heretic say on that.

  As a Staffy, definitely worth it. Eagle Talon R9 Fire Mines will be one of the best "spells" you can have for clearing rooms and bosses that like to run around.

  Ditto to the first answer, just follow what Tasha and Heretic both say.

  Don't max it unless you have no other skill to work on, it's not worth it. It adds a total of 5 seconds to your Mercury Traps. Seeing as how there aren't many bosses that you can actually use this on.. Yeah, no. D: The basic F will work fine for any boss that has charge or anything else.

  All the skills you mentioned is not in first priority, so as long as you max'd out your damage first, every ap you put in is worth it.
  
  If you haven't max out your damage potential, then every ap you put into those skill is not worth it.
