For Rain Casting, either added production boost or water cannon damage would work fine... as for Playing Instrument, I'd prefer improved success for music jams or regular playing but that's just me.

That would only benefit rB and lower enchants, and rA if with ancient powder? those are the only ones that hit the 90% cap? or am I misunderstanding what you're saying?
Because most enchanting that people do that's worth it are r9+

50% or maybe 100% on duration, maybe something on cooldown, and either thunder chance/damage or production/water damage rates even higher?

Even if master titles just gave a small, but definite skill-specific bonus. Something to show you worked hard at that skill, and it was worth it. On another note: Imagine 6-shot AR with a maxed ego wingbow. -Drools-
