  PMS only of course. I've know plenty of girls who shift their behavior and thought pattern during their PMS period.
  Its not too long though, and overall its not really bad. They get feel down, or extra angry, but those are emotions and as long as you don't push it, they can keep it in check easily.

  And yes, I've heard from people who had hormonal treatments that being female makes you more susceptible to emotions. But again, its nothing like a disorder of sorts.

  PMS is a gigantic mood swing. Not only do I dread what happens to me emotionally and physically. Sometimes I honestly think I'm losing my mind. My reactions to common occurrences are dramatically different from other times of the month. When I'm suffering PMS symptoms, I burst into tears or want to argue over the slightest things. I can't sleep, I eat too much of the wrong foods because I'm starving. I feel depressed and lethargic and avoid my usual physical exercise regimen. PMS responses affect me about ten days out of each month. That's a big chunk of my life, and I'd really like to find management that can help me.

  It *is* exaggerated. Most girls I know, when on their period, don't change their behaviors, even noticeably at all. In fact, think of the average time you've talked to a girl for more than over a month. Was there any changes as dramatic as what that testimony or description says it is?
  
  The penis does take time before getting a good control over, whenever a perverted thought occurs. Then again, the only guys I hear this from are guys who already watched porn/had sex, so I don't know how reliable that is for every guy. o_o

  ^ This. >_>; Sometimes it's even just like having someone poke you in the same spot. Every few seconds. It's annoying. o_o I think that most females keep their emotions in check though. I haven't run into very many that have that much trouble. I can say this though, yay for doctor prescribed drugs. lol.

  The difference in emotions varies from girl to girl. I had one special friend that would avoid contact with me if it was that time of the month. I have a few more friends that have conditions that make the cramps especially painful to the point where they need drugs just to get around with aunt Flow in town. But I wasn't talking about PMS specifically, women just tend to work off of emotions more than men (who I think work more off of logic; absolutely no basis for that argument), so the change would be drastic for me, as someone with an emphasis in logic.
  
  For women, PMS may be the worst time of the month. But for me, it's BJ week. - Added just because I'm in trouble with Panda.

  2. Peeing is difficult. As your penis changes throughout puberty now you gotta READJUST your aim when you thought you were just getting the hang of it.
  3. Peeing is difficult. You think you have it down but every once in a while when you've let your guard down a bit, it flies in the most random direction.
  
  1. Erections are random as hell, and happens randomly. It doesn't require a perverse thought. It happens when you wake up in the morning, it happens when you're sitting down one day, it happens when you're standing up one day.
  2. Erections happen too fast. Even a small glimpse of a sexual thought and your brain starts sending signals down below. Its not even fair. Sometimes I just wanna take it easy, but the body won't allow that. No sir.
  3. Erections do not go away. You have to think hard about dead kittens or old people.
  4. Erections hurt. The penis is a sensitive body part, and when your pants tighten up in a bad position, it will hurt like hell.

  Been proven with brain scans during tests that getting hit in the balls is about 10 times more stressful than having PMS.
  
  Don't worry, I won't deny that some girls have it worse than others, enough to find it difficult to commute to daily activities, or unable at all. I also won't deny that it does happen at a longer period of time and more often than getting hit in the balls (unless you're a total douche). I also won't deny that birth giving is far more painful.

  Also, if the promise of gender change was only for a day, I would actually have to end up trying as much as possible in a woman's body as I can before my time is up just to know what it feels like. Including, lactating.

  It's got nothing to do with your balls. >_> Some girls go through constant pain in the area between where your penis is and your stomach. It's a horrible, horrible thing, and sometimes you feel like you're dying.

  Randomly, yes. Frequently, no (unless you count morning wood, but that's virtually out of guys' control as far as I can tell). The chances of getting an erection out of the blue differs between guys, but they're all still low chances in non-perverse situations. Sometimes, it's usually because of rubbing of materials. Whatever the case is, my point is that a guy can condition himself to stop the erection as fast as it happens.
  
  I have had these awkward situations occur randomly and, more often than not, occur quickly. However, I am quick to stop it effectively and without a trace. Erection while I'm sitting down, but I have to get up? Done, gone in a few seconds (and nobody notices a few seconds). While standing? Turn away for a few seconds, done and gone. Sure, I'm not saying every guy can do this, but it's possible.
  
  Looking at porn? Still possible to stop the erection within a few seconds.
