Its a stress test. The idea is that being hit in the balls hurts a lot more than having PMS. Where it hurts doesn't matter.
And for the record, the shockwave of death that follows from impact on your balls follows well throughout the body, with your entire innards feeling like it was hit by a train. Especially in your lower guts, for some reason it feels horrendous there.
