What do you feel is faster for getting EXP? For most missions, Duoing instead of Soloing gives 2/3 the amount of EXP (since oath is the same for every player), and boss health isn't affected by having only one extra player.
Supposedly, you should be able to clear trash mobs faster, and the distracted boss would be much easier and faster to dispatch. I know most people say "solo if you want to level," but couldn't duoing be as fast or maybe even faster?

I think it all depends on how well you can solo and what mission you are doing. If it's a very easy mission where you can ohko pretty much everything and have no problem with the boss, then solo. But if it's harder and takes you more time, then duo it. It also depends on how much exp you get as a reward and the time:exp ratio with other missions.

Lag is an issue also. If there's any lag between you and your party mate, it's pointless. Otherwise, IMO duo makes clearing trash mobs a lot faster.

Solo is usually faster. Even if it takes you a lot longer to do the boss.

I don't solo dude. (used to solo 6 out of 7 days in a week, because the only day that made party play possible was day of maintenance - SINCE FIXED!! THX NEXON)
I usually host my games and wait for a full party because it's so much more fun that way. Oh and I join other people's parties too, because it's faster that way, sometimes.
It's epic fun when a party sucks and people start dying left and right too. As long as it's not me hosting that is. Besides, I get lots of seals of dedication that way.

I always solo unless it's a really hard mission because I try to make my tokens be worth as much as possible, so speed isn't as much of a factor.

Yeah, but the question wasn't about what you do.
He wanted to know what's fastest exp.
Though it depends on the party, for the most part, more people equals slower exp. As long as it doesn't take you 4 times as long to solo, than in a full party, you'll be getting faster exp doing solos.

Anyhow, since duo'ing gives 70% of solo's exp, a Duo battle needs to be 1.42 times faster than a solo battle. And most people agree that duo'ing isn't that much faster?

I always played solo because I felt dungeoning with a friend might hold me or my friend back.

I amend what I said before. I think it's better to do solo, but if you can't solo, you should full party.
4 person BP runs, typically 12-18minutes, 23,700exp with macha.
3 person BP, typically 14-20 minutes, 25,900exp
2 person BP, typically 16-22 minutes, 30,200exp
1 person BP, typically 18-25 minutes, 43,200exp
These times are only my personal averages, but they should be fairly accurate, seeing as I've gone from 31-38 doing only BP on two characters. This assumes the person knows what they're doing and can solo.
4 people, 1317-1975 exp/min
3 people, 1295-1850 exp/min
2 people, 1380-1885.5 exp/min
1 people, 1728-2400 exp/min

Oh btw, definately do dailies with others. Chances are good, you'll be paired with 3 other Lv44's lol (seems like everyone and their mom is a lv44 now). Hilarious Kobold Chief run where everyone was lv44 and we cruised through that.
Edit: oops, well dailies are for AP. For exp, you might be better off soloing. But TBH, AP is what you really want. You'll be max level sooner or later anyways

Of course when you're running for AP you want the best possible scenario speed-wise.

In my experience, like people have said.. Soloing gives more EXP. Just continue doing Macha, if you can handle it. If you can't, start up a party with one other person. Now if you're looking for fast runs, duo'ing is better than solo and a full party is faster than a duo. But it will give less EXP, so I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you're just looking for a fast way to use your tokens.
Also: Don't forget the Bonus Mission tab. This will tell you which Oath gives the most exp for that dungeon. Remember that Hard mode does not add EXP either, just money. The boss does have less HP though, but hits harder.

In pure speed, with time, Parties will be faster.
But if you're token-greedy, soloing is much better for you.

Solo is best if you can, but I like playing with someone... So, I do duo.
Also, duo if you can't solo obviously lol.
I've duo'd everything in the game thus far though.... BP, white tyrant, red tyrant, the gnoll kings... it's all pretty easy. So, if you can't solo, then duo is definitely an option.
