  There is like 2-3 zombies in it, the space is kind of tight, you have to hide in cellars, etc. You pretty much have to go back and forth to find a key. After that, I think that's where you find an old guy you have to help.

  I'll say it again, like I said it so many times before. This game has a horror scene in it that's the most ****ed-up thing I've ever seen in a video game.

  That's not what I'm talking about. That's the survival horror part. And I'm pretty sure you can be actually be scarred by that in reality.

  Just picked it up off Steam with Plants vs. Zombies GOTY. Even though the latter has zombies, I'm pretty sure the former is going to make me hate playing it at night.

  Oh the prison :3, probably the third most scary place in Amnesia. THATSRIGHTTHETHIRD. There's a place I didn't want to go back to because it was too scary Q_Q but I was missing something and I figured it would be there because I kinda tried to rush that place BECAUSEITWASTOO****IGNSCARY!

  You mean the torture chambers? There were 3 I think, and in each of them after touching the element of torture you'd hear the victims crying for help. Ugh, I remember this one where they cut the victim from the butt to the head.

  Just beyond that the torture chamber. It's in the Chancel, I think. There's an altar on the left room. Then there's that note you pick up, and suddenly you're forced into a flashback with... the dagger.
  
  The screams while you imagine the scene unfold before you... My god. I couldn't sleep just because of that scene.

  So what kind of scary is this? Being chased by you don't know what? Psychological? Jump out and say boo? Are there deformed things that move slowly or quickly? Is it more like silent hill than resident evil?

  I didn't even play Amnesia. I just watched a "Let's Play". That's good enough for me. It was like watching a free B+ horror film.

  Take the best horror elements of Silent Hill and Fatal Frame, take away your weapons, throw in a lot of darkness, put it first-person perspective, and you get the survival horror atmosphere in Amnesia.
  
  Being chased by you don't know what? Yes.
  
  Psychological? Yes. And it does it really well too. You have a sanity meter, for instance.
  
  Jump out and say boo? Yeah, a few times. But the fact that there's so few of these moments make them so much more impact.
  
  Are there deformed things that move slowly or quickly? Yes. Quickly. Yes, you will have to run (since you literally have no weapons). And hide. Both in dark areas. And they can run faster than you. And kill you in one or two hits. And most likely, you probably will get hit/killed without even looking at them.
  
  Is it more like silent hill than resident evil? A lot more. It's actually closest to Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.

  In this game, you're never safe
  If you stay in the light, monsters will find you
  If you stay in the darkness, your character loses sanity and he will not be able to run/move, and monsters will find you
