Kinda disappointed there was nothing more to it than layers of dreams one could figure out easily. I was expecting some kind of mind-**** but instead I got a very straight forward kind of film which unveiled its secrets rather easily (would have been better if he actually ended up living in a dream). Nothing like Shutter Island for sure (not like anyone can keep up with Scorsese of course xD)

Oh well, Joseph Gordon-Levitt was good enough.

It really wasn't that deep, but I still enjoyed the film immensely. I think it explained itself rather well and thus was not hard to follow. God knows a poorly written script would've gotten lost in explanations, just look at Tron: Legacy.

Yeah I enjoyed it as well. I didn't notice it was 2 hours long and when I finished, I was like 'wha, already?'. Maybe I'm in a dream haha.

I liked Inception, and it wasn't that much mindphuck in my eyes either, but it was a really good movie anyway.
And the end pissed me off.
So much.

Highlight below for spoilers: (well, my opinion)
If you watch the movie again, you'll find that Cobb's wedding ring is most likely his totem. That being said, watching the spinning top in the final scene is simply misleading. Cobb never wore his ring in reality, yet it oddly shows up in dreams. There are various shots of his hands during the movie that would have no purpose if not to point out this inconsistency. He wears no ring in the final scene.

Response to spoiler.
That would be my conclusion, yes.

The thing that bugged me, is how gravity affected only certain layers or dreams.
Like if you were free-falling in the real world, then you'd get zero gravity in the first layer.
But even though the first layer had zero gravity, the second layer still had gravity.
Wouldn't it make more sense for all the layers to be connected, similarly to how sound penetrated all layers?

it was too convoluted for my taste, but the music was fantastiiique

Here are the criticisms I've read for the movie:
1. Its too complicated! I can't understand it!
2. It wasn't nearly as complicated as I was told it was going to be! What a let down!
Still a great movie imo.

Yes, but the trouble he went through was rather pointless :/

If we start calling every little logical fallacies in movies you could never really enjoy anything :<

I facepalmed the extreme hype after I saw it... It wasn't complex or hard to understand at all. It wasn't even as amazing as people said it was...

I liked the movie but didn't find it weird or hard to understand. Which was kind of a let down because when I watched it I was expecting mindrape. Instead I just got a half decent plot with interesting concepts thrown in.
