Ok so I am NOT a hybrid (Pure mage) I usually use combat skills that dish out extremely low damage and skills that just keep enemies away as well as counter.
I need Willo Wisp enchants and I am hoarding the burns for them. They have a low enchant rank and are pretty easy to buy. However I'm also buying stiff enchants which kill dex.
The end product will eventually come out as 0 Dex or 0 Str depending on which enchant i will end up favoring more. I was wondering, if i have 0 dex and 0 str. Will i just do 1's? Or will the weapons base stats cover me. For example lets say with 0 dex/str i do 1's with bare fists. If i get a gladius will i start doing the base damage for gladius of 15-30?
Please answer. I will focus mostly on using counter because i dont have to use my own stats, i can use my opponents.

Weapon covers it.

Having 0 STR and DEX increases magical attack power?

No, They are the end product of spamming stiff and Willo WIsp enchants on my equpips.

Oooh. I don't get the point of having 0 STR/DEX then.

Yeah, your damage is your base damage + weapons damage, so take out one and you're left with the other.

Stiff is a weapon only enchant. You can only get it otherwise through drop on tail cap. If you looking for crit for magic your going to want some other things.
Polished, Musicians, Principle. There are a few others. Lizard is better for mage wand though since its rank B. Just harder to find one.
Read my equips on the Mana master guide (linked in siggy). For a really strong set. You can work up to it or go for a more tradiational set which will increase your mana but lower your def.

Passing melee damage means you might want to go with shields.
Though honestly I don't think this build is a good idea since int barely increases magic damage.

Combination of weapon damage stats, enchants on equipment for damage, and the str from equipment enchants and base stats will contribute to the overall damage stats (for melee). If your enchants do not take away max/min damage, you shouldn't have 1s for damage.
Only thing is that if weapon durability goes to 0, the stats from weapon and enchants will not contribute anymore.

Just eat a lot of certain foods. They reduces certain stats. Just refer to wiki for information.

0 str, 0 dura weapon, novice rank combat mastery
0 damage maybe?

I thought minimum damage is still 1-1. I tried putting huge amounts of -max damage enchants, and I can only get 1-1 damage range.

Then is there a hidden +1 damage?
(damage formula final) + 1 = damage?

lol why would you want novice rank combat mastery?
It's 0 AP to rank anyway...
Also, I think 1 damage is the minimum. Same goes for CP...you can never go below 1 CP no matter how many -CP equipment you stack on yourself.

This is what I'm thinking of...

I think it's more like,
[PRE]
if ( damage formula final ≥ 1)
damage formula final = damage formula final;
else if ( damage formula final < 1)
damage formula final = 1;
else
DevCat divided by 0
[/PRE]
