First Lag, Now Wrongly Banning people? D:

  it annoys me that their own screwup is being pinned as our problem but i suppose banning accounts is their best way to get everyone's attention so they can get their money back.

  At first I read that as having to buy MORE Nexon, I was like hell to the nah. Eh, I guess it could be a bit worse.. it gives you a current NX bonus, despite the ridiculousness and fact that it was totally unnecessary to begin with, but eh.

  That should be reported to the BBB, along with everyone else who has to do the same. This is pretty damned serious, it's not a 'trivial' issue like lag or bad customer service, what they're doing is closer to fraud than anyone they banned has ever done.

  so in coy/cide case, did coy got the money back to paypal or got the money back as nx? Because if he got the money back as nx, nexon is just trying to suck more money since the nx can only be spent in the game and if cide wants his account back he has to pay the amount coy got

  paypal. i just have to pay back the amount refunded but in NX cards since because of this i'll likely have a charge ban on my account, lol..

  Nexon is STUPID. They shouldn't have screwed this up in the first place and now you have to go and pay for the NX AGAIN. That they wrongfully banned then refunded is their own damned fault. =_=

  it won't be a very big problem getting the nx itself, at least. if nexon's replies are all as speedy as this one was, i should have my account back by friday or monday, i'm guessing.
