Here's my two cents on this.
It's a game, don't take it too seriously. If you cried over this, you're not gonna get far in life. (No offence or anything)
And no one cares about your 'record', it's PvP you either lose or win. You can't always win 24/7 Like I said before, it's just a game.
If your friend or someone else uses mirage again, just use FH.
This is why you don't take game too serious. 'Cause then everyone's gonna be b*tching 'bout it

sadly though there are people... who take this as real life.... and with absolute seriousness... (I certainly don't) but I've met some people who are like this... and wrap their entire lives around it... its quite sad really..

Guys, try to be not "mean" as you can... This isn't a Nexon forum.
And I'm sorry to hear for your loss on friend, but there always will be at least one friend on the world who will make a "perfect" friend for you.
And don't worry about one loss on your PvP record, you always can get more wins or something.

I betrayed my friend by borrowing his -cp equipment for WM, then being too lazy to actually train WM.

I know a lot of people are saying "it's just a game" but even if it is, things still can get out of hand. Emotions are still on the table and drama WILL happen.
Even if it is just a game, the feelings are as real as it gets.
That, you cannot deny.

Although that's true, there should be a certain level of emotional detachment because of the whole game aspect. o:
If everyone went around wearing their heart on their sleeve, it would be crazy.
The internet is a cruel place for someone who is overly sensitive about things, or is just very emotional. You also have to keep that in mind.

I'd probably just move on. There's always another day to do your quests, and always another person there to cheer you up. :thumb:
Just choose your friends more carefully. I've had the same friends for over 2 years in Mabi, so not everyone is a total ****head :D

It's true that we should be more emotionally detached from the internet but there's a difference from what we should and what is.
You've heard of all too many stories of people getting over emotional over the internet and also the people who say what they should have done or felt.
At the time, when faced with online drama, a person isn't level headed anyway and there's no controlling emotions.
We're all victims of our emotions.
Anyway to the OP, just forget about that person, he or she is just one anonymous water drop out of a ocean of billions.

your friend is an asshole because he didn't let you finish your quest.
This.
Don't worry about PvP... Even as a level 18xx, I don't feel embarrassed about my 58% Win rate.
