Why would you Extraordinary and Stout when you can Oblivion those as well?
IIRC there was another r7 prefix for clothing that was extremely high crit, though I guess Oblivion would still win for max damage.
Oblivion x3 + Earthquake x2 + White Horse = 49 Max damage without title, 61 with 30 Str title.
Oh! Good set up...
But for some reason all this high level enchant and weaponry talks is making me feel a bit sad. To get these weapons and enchants, people either need to grind from hunting and competing with other players for the enchants, grind for days to get the money to buy it, or grind irl (either through parents or self) to get the gold through gold-buying or gachapon to purchase said weapons and enchants.
And it's not like a war sword just solemnly walks into the market place without being 7 mil minimum.

I don't think anybody in NA knows enough to be able to camp Oblivian drops, so there's still a chance for any person to get them, especially since a person can't watch all 7 channels at once.

Duke is good for dual wielding weapons.
Combo that with Might for giants.
You got yourself two very overpowered weapons that each give 70ish Str with 140 str total.
hmmm wonder what double artisan upgrade would do.
Rather prefer Fleet > Oblivion. Hate Luck Loss.

Viscount is certainly a nice enchant, and will be high on my list of things to go for. I plan to put it on my Chinese Dragon Boots first. Then collect some of the g13 weapon speed equips, maybe some Chinese Dragon Gauntlets if those end up showing up in another event and drop in price, and end up getting that set effect active.
I did not include oblivion in the mid-range list of enchants because I expect that field boss to have a lifespan of 2 seconds every time it spawns, and no mid-range player is going to be able to get the kill when competing with high-end players trying to upgrade their leet set.
Color is another very good prefix to shoot for as opposed to Fox/Diamond/Corundum/Topaz. The lack of crit reduction is nice, and the extra min damage helps out a little bit too. Color/Wild Boar is basically an overall superior set than Fox/Giant of old.
Wooden Needle, while boasting very good stats, does require several steps to enchant, or several mil gold to purchase. My rule of thumb for what I consider a "mid-range" enchant set is less than 1m per piece, avoid extensive step enchants (rk8's are pushing it), make use of enchants already on gear if/when possible, and stuff that can be acquired in adv missions, or from hard missions without being super rare (or the equivalent in terms of activities like dungeons and ballooning). Basically stuff that will give you a lot more firepower for your buck, but you won't feel too bad about replacing it with better stuff in case of lucky finds, cheap sales, or dedicated grinding for an end-game piece.

Conceptual Avenger 7/5 dustin. Gives you Defense from upgrades and great damage.
Try to find some warswords now and wait to upgrade them till g13. The new artisan upgrade will make these as good as wielding 2 near endgame egos.
There are a ton of new enchants coming out in a few weeks I would wait to make most of the damage gear until then.
Conceptual Avenger (+28) (+33 if using maiz title)
Oblivian Viscout boots (+18 max)
Oblivian Dexterity Headgear (+20 max)
Metal Needle infest gaunts (+20 max on top roll)
Wyllow horn warswords upgraded with perfect artisan upgrades = 174.6 Max damage EACH (overpowered wm much?)
277 max damage if your using the maiz title. 285 when pot poisened. Thats without your str, skills, stats etc.etc.
137 max damage from capping melee skills. (str + max damage from CM and Sword)
level 50/15 age 17 human +23 max from str
437 max damage non trans while duel wielding.
+144 max when str roll infra
581 Max damage infra str roll
Champion with maxed skills + 134
571 Max damage Champion
Thats one of the best combos I can find for a WM based player. I give the edge to the infra because he can pot poisen for more max + he can stay in stregnth roll for as log as he/she has pots. Course he does have to get the str roll...
581 X 250% = 1452
crit = 3631
Smash = 2905
Smash crit = 7262
35 def 13 Prot
Enjoy.
OH SHIIIIIII--

I rather lose the 1-3 max damage than lose the luck from using oblivion.
Age 10 build. Idc about dex.
And you are forgetting the perfect rolls on duke. (well calculating wise anyway)
You lose a bit of crit but that extra 12 max damage total is worth the 10% crit loss.
And if someone ever did get the perfect set. Crit would not be an issue at all.

for the armor , isn't the best an ancient the darkess light armor ?

Best armour is Conceptual Avenger (I think), best Clothing (G13) is Oblivion White Horse (I think).

Relax is better than Oblivion on clothing because there's no luck loss, unless you're already at 0 luck from excessive Oblivion spam and are over 15 years old... These max damage sets are only really good for windmill, though, you won't see many critical smashes or leap attacks with them.
A more balanced setup would use Restore White Horse clothing and limit Oblivion to either boot or headgear, there are very capable replacements for the other equipments that will let you keep high damage as well as a high critical rate.
