That doesn't surprise me at all really. :|

Nope.
I only see pros these days!
Same with me. But then, I don't run any missions that aren't hard and with people who aren't at least 1.5k.

Is it just me or are people weaker these days? Almost everyone I see claims to be strong then dies in basic missions/dungeons.
Or am I just OP and as such think everyone else is weak.(the people I see hit 30-40s in trans)
The answer is within your own post. ".....dies in basic missions/dungeons.". Basic dungeons are fairly easy, anybody with basic knowledge and above lv30 can run them. Try gathering people to run things like Alby Int for 4, or Fiodh Int for 4 and you'll start seeing the 100s or 300s criticals :S

Well, because they doing basic dungeons, they are probably low level people who just recently started the game. I don't see why it would be surprising for low level people to die in low level dungeons.
If you see a lot of people claim to be strong, and yet go into basic dungeon, what happened to all the people who do nothing but hard mode dungeons.

I was thinking more along the lines of Hardmode Missions.
On Ruairi, there are no people who can run peaca fairly. :V
I am sure there are groups of people who do Peaca kind of often (especially peaca intermediate). It just that you aren't invited.

Some people are so weak nowadays, though.. so I don't think it's just you..
in EvG, I took down a Champion pally user with 2 or 3 r1 icebolts. e.o; That tran must have been very low HPs unless I did really high damage to him. :U
Transformation appearance does not equal power. Everyone and their dog runs around with rank 1 transformations these days.
To OP, helping people is good and all, but what are you doing rating people who are doing basics? You didn't specify your level, but I'm guessing you could at least be doing advanced missions since basic seems to be a breeze for you. Realize that most people stuck on basic missions are usually new to the game.

Many people just have fun and rank many skills... maybe they never wanted to be strong, but just cook delicious things for their partymates?
Besides, being strong at certain level ranges requires much specialization and game knowledge/research, which is more than many people are willing to do only for a game.
Quote from Xemnas;281201:
I'm terrible with range/magic so I can't help in peaca/adv dungeons.
Adv dungeons aren't really hard at all, and melee does well in them... you can always be of help, even if it's by helping keep stronger party members safe.
As for Peaca INT, you can run it in reasonable time with a party of people
mostly under 1k (at least 3 members 1k+), as long as they can fulfill the right roles. You just have to abuse really boring strategies and light up a lot of campfires. Depending on how your party is setup, a level 100 player with rF Ice Spear could be more helpful than a powerful 3k level+ player.

What? lol...
OP must have a significantly different view of reality that serious discussion would require translation much more difficult than a language barrier.

Mabinogi is still fairly popular amongst people who enjoy joining new MMOs. So perhaps most of these people are just new?
Otherwise, they just might not be good at focusing on a build. When I first joined, I honestly didn't give a crap about a proper build xD; I just ranked what I wanted to.

same xD which is why my main elf is so messed up. Even though he wasn't my first ever character, I still had the same state of mind when starting mabi again and making him.

It might just depend on their build. I'm nearing TL1000 and i've only got 82 base HP.

I dunno, I was in Tir, watching two people fight, one guy had Paladin trans and I could do more damage than him. :v

Just having trans doesnt mean u are powerful
A lot of people lve meet go straight to champion without lvling the other skills that actually increase str/dex/etc
Kinda sad really, they want to be *pro* but all they do is just change the outside appearance

You know, I have to agree that there are some people who, in their eyes, see themselves strong but yet die often in basic. They may be good in alby or ciar, where the monster's hp is lower.
But on the other hand, people who claim to be weak seem to be absurdly strong.

I am weak compared to everyone else on these forums, and I can solo Defeat The Shadow Wizard Int/almost any other int/adv mission

Ever since the weekly rebirth system, people have crappier fighting techniques. Before, monsters were much stronger than you and you couldn't wm everything. There were methods such as ice + counter, techniques people have long forgotten.
Nowadays, you see much higher and higher level players with low amounts of skill because they could just get stronger with rebirths rather than learning the richness of the AI and coping with the changes.
